1.   Bring in merchandise for a free appraisal

2.   Must have state-issued picture identification

3.   We come to agreement on the loan value

4.   We agree to hold the merchandise for five months (even though state law requires us to hold for three months only)

5.   Customer pays back a low 5% interest per month plus $4.00 storage (No matter how large the item)
